Multi-Role Framework Rules
Role Stacking: Multiple L-band roles simultaneously. Each has its own login scope, KPI targets, commission pool. Income stacks.
FT vs PT: Full-Time = 100% base per role. Part-Time = 60% base + 100% commission. Both eligible for stacking.
KPI Bonus: 10% bonus on total monthly commission if ALL active role KPIs met in same month. INT grade excluded.
Max Roles: 3 concurrent without CEO approval. 4+ requires board sign-off.
Payment & ESOP Policy
Payment Date: 15th of month. Base via payroll. Commission + bonus via separate commission run. TDS on all commissions.
ESOP: L3+ Full-Time after 12 months. PT equivalent L3 after 24 months. 10% ESOP pool pre-Series A.
No Advances: Emergency loans via HR only — max ₹20,000 repaid over 3 months.
Intern Conversion: 30+ admissions in 3 months → FT offer at L2 band.
